At Cozyecom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Replacement Policy: Unboxing video is must to claim replacement.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. In the event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we will replace it.

Returns: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personal care products, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin.cozyecom@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

How to Request:

  • Contact our customer our mail
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence of the defect or error along with unboxing video with out any cut or retake(must).
  • Customers may need to sent the product back to our warehouse address, address will be provided along with the case id after replacement approval.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at  support.cozyecom@gmail.com .

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Method: Replacement items will be shipped using the original shipping address.

Approval Process: Once your request is verified and damaged product's return courier slip/label is shared to us, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to customer.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Late Requests: Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement.
  • Electronic products are not covered under replacement policy.
  • Non-qualifying Issues: Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
